Postcard Hangout Originals
The cold winter days gave me a lot of time for creativity! I was able to finish several new postcard crafts. All of my crafts feature vintage postcards from my collection. I used actual postcards, or images of my postcards, to decorate boxes, albums, journals, and clipboards. After making quite a few, I decided to take a chance at a local market and offer them for sale. I was approved as a vendor at our local Downtown Forney Artisan and Farmers Market and set up a Postcard Hangout booth on March 24. Postcard Hangout Originals was a success! I had a great time visiting with the market shoppers and I sold a large portion of my craft items. Now I need to get busy and make more for the next market day!
